ADA Celebration with The Caravan for Disability Freedom and Justice 2024

Please join us on Monday, July 22 as we welcome The Caravan for Disability Freedom and Justice 2024 during their trip across the state and the country.

We will celebrate the 34th Anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act, which was signed into law on July 26, 1990.

The brief program will celebrate the history of disability activism, advocacy and story-sharing. Information on voting from the Disability Vote Coalition, Independence First’s programs and services, and All of Us Medical Research Program will be available. You will be able to register to vote, and have an opportunity to be part of the The Caravan for Disability Freedom and Justice by telling YOUR story of independence!
