Milwaukee County Paratransit Riders: Make Your Voice Heard

Public Meeting - Saturday, June 14, 2025

Milwaukee County paratransit riders and their allies are invited to a public meeting with Milwaukee County officials to share their experience with the paratransit van service provided by Transdev. Transdev has been the provider for Milwaukee County Transit Plus paratransit since late 2023.

What: Public Meeting to Share Experiences with the Transdev Paratransit Van Service
When: Saturday, June 14, 2025, at 11 AM – 12:30 PM
Where: Independence First, 540 S. 1st St.
Who: The following individuals have been invited to the meeting to hear paratransit riders’ concerns and comments:

• Donna Brown-Martin, Director Milwaukee County Transportation
• Fran Musci, Director of Transit Plus
• Transdev Management
• Milwaukee County Supervisors
• Milwaukee County Transit Plus Advisory Council Members
• Wisconsin State Officials

Why: Highlight problems riders continue to experience and provide status on Milwaukee County and Transdev’s work to find solutions.

To maintain a smoke-free environment, please also refrain from smoking in paths of travel and doorways.
